Client support specialist to assist in supporting Fund Connect White Label Portal

What you will be responsible for
As Fund Connect Support Specialist you willReview Fund information on platform for completeness and accuracyAssist in on-boarding new Admin OperatorsManage Holiday Calendars and NotificationsCoordinate data set up and maintenance with the Fund Connect development teamResolve client inquiries/issuesReview account balances for completeness and assist in sourcing updated data as neededEstablish/Maintain relationships with Portal ProvidersMonitor Integrations (data, trade and file transfers) and coordinate issue resolutionProvide platform training to all operators (on-going)Participate in new feature testing and trainingAssist portal operators in maintaining their UAT region (balance updates, fund information)Assist in collating and tracking testing feedback and enhancement requestsEnsure the adherence of all operational procedures are met and develop new procedures as neededParticipate in periodic SLA reviews as neededDesign and implement operational controls to support risks associated with new businessCoordinate production support schedule including off hours support coverage as neededAssist with development and implementation of process monitoring tools, workflow management tools and client data sharing workflows.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in a financial role.
•Client Service experience
•Technical aptitude with wide range of applications, including the MS Office suite, and virtual collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom.
•Ability to understand and navigate a complex global organization.
•Comfortable in a remote work environment, inclusive of training and feedback.
•Fluency in English at a minimum, and any other languages a plus.
•6 plus years related financial industry experience including 3 years of operations or client service experience
•Working knowledge of financial industry and all related instruments.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
