Overview:

Provides secretarial/administrative support to the director band or above. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries. May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.Responsibilities:Performs general administrative duties for department as required, including preparation of correspondence and documents with confidential information (e.g. email, presentations, reports, etc.).Schedules meetings, maintains calendars, and coordinates events; creates and distributes agenda and meeting summary.Maintains records related to budget information by recording staff time, travel expenses, expenditures for supplies and equipment, and maintenance and repairs, etc.Mentors and support other administrative personnel.** This is an ONSITE role for our location in St Petersburg, FLQualifications:Associate's Degree - PreferredBachelor's Degree - Preferred3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Compensation:In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position $27/hr - $29/hr . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
