Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telecommunication Foreman leads and supervises a crew, ensuring the construction and maintenance of high-quality telecommunications networks. This role demands adherence to customer specifications and rigorous safety protocols while managing various fieldwork aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Direct and supervise a crew, promoting efficient and quality performance.Project Execution:

Oversee the installation of strand and fiber as per project requirements and specifications.Technical Skills:

Interpret job prints, operate bucket trucks, and engage in pole climbing as needed.Documentation:

Manage comprehensive documentation related to project progress, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.Safety:

Uphold strict safety standards to ensure a secure work environment for all crew members.Qualifications

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in telecommunications, specifically with strand and fiber installations.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications and job prints.Skilled in operating bucket trucks and pole climbing.Demonstrated leadership with prior experience in managing teams.Commitment to upholding safety and quality protocols.High school diploma or equivalent.Skills:

In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure.Strong leadership and communication skills.Detailed-oriented with proficiency in project documentation.Ability to effectively collaborate in a team setting and work independently.Additional Information

Compensation:

Pay is competitive and depends on experience.Benefits of the Position:
