Insight Global is hiring a Plastic Surgeon for a renown cosmetic dermatology practice with a celebrity Plastic Surgeon in New York, New York. This provider will be a pivotal member of the Surgical Department by delivering outstanding surgical outcomes, providing personalizedpatient care and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the practice. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cosmetic andreconstructive surgical procedures with precision, skill, and compassion. This role is based in a brand-new NYC office located on Billionaires Rowa prime location offering an exceptional opportunity to elevate your career within a highly reputable practice. We are seeking a provider who is ready to fully commit to growing their business under our brand, leveraging pristine reputation and your expertise to create a thriving practice.
Responsibilities:- Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures with precision and expertise.- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their desires and medicalhistory.- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs andgoals.- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal surgical outcomes andpatient satisfaction.- Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in plastic surgery throughcontinuous education and training.- Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals and staff to ensure seamlesspatient care.- Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a loyal clientele base.- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to enhance the clinic'sonline presence and attract new patients.- Participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to promote the clinic'sservices and expertise.

Required Skills & Experience- Medical degree from an accredited institution.- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.- Valid state medical license.- Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgeries and satisfied patients.- Excellent surgical skills and attention to detail.- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.- Strong computer skills.- Team collaboration and strong sense of professionalism in the workplace.- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.- Ability to build rapport with patients and establish long-term relationships.- Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.- Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for marketing purposes.- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethicalconduct.- Ability to stay focused to achieve goals with minimal supervision.- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice is advantageous.- Client Base: Ability to bring an existing client base to our practice, with a focus on growing your business under our brand.- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving business growth within a high-performance environment.- Social media: Strong presence on social media platforms with the ability to leverage these channels for client engagement and business development.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
