We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder Fabricator for a Direct Hire role in Atlanta, GA
• This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental etc•Pay Range: $20 - $26/h (depending on experience)•Shift is Mon-Friday with occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities for Welder FabricatorInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required welding processes and methodsUse specialized equipment to weld and fabricate metal components according to the specific project requirementsMeasure and mark metal materials for cutting and shapingInspect and ensure the quality of the fabricated metal componentsCollaborate with the project team to plan and organize the welding tasks based on project priorities and timelinesMaintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelinesOperate and maintain welding equipment and tools, and report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisorRequirements for Welder Fabricator
Proven experience as a Welder Structural Fabricator or a similar role in the construction industryProficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick weldingStrong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materialsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsFamiliarity with welding codes, standards, and safety proceduresExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailPhysical strength and stamina to work in a demanding construction environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project teamIf you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
