Our client is a robust financial services firm committed to helping clients achieve financial security and plan for their future. Located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, the team is looking to add a Financial Advisor to build and manage a client base from warm leads and handle the day-to-day management of existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment!
Salary Range:
$75,000-$120,000 / year DOE
Financial Advisor Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with financial software (e.g., Morningstar, Charles Schwab)Experience tracking and projecting the performance of stocks, bonds, and funds.Strong analytical and communication skillsExperience managing a book of business is essentialCFP certification and/or insurance license preferredFamiliarity with CRM software and financial technologiesMust reside in the San Diego area and willing to go in officeResponsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through outreach and lead generationConduct meetings to assess client needs, recommend investment strategies, and provide ongoing financial guidanceExecute risk assessments, asset allocations, and investment strategiesStay informed on economic and market trends, and identify new business opportunitiesPerform market research and analyze customer needsBenefits:
