Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:Preparation of partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and individual tax returnsIdentify and execute tax planning opportunitiesDeliver high quality service, while interacting and maintaining relationships with clients, performing accounting, tax, and consulting servicesPrepare account analysis, bank, and payroll reconciliations, & monthly journal entriesPrepare trial balance, balance sheet and income statement reportsMonitor and prepare monthly sales taxPreferred Qualifications / Requirements:
Accounting degreeMBA/Masters in Tax/Accounting a plus3 + years of Public CPA firm experienceActive CPA License (or pursuing)Proficient in Lacerte, Quickbooks, and MS Office Suite, specifically ExcelDesired Characteristics:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess an entrepreneurial "go getter" attitudeExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and research skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethicAble to work independently or collaboratively
