The Recovery Specialist Supervisor provides direction and oversight to the Recovery Specialist team and also performs the functions of a Recovery Specialist. They work within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. They assist families in need of substance abuse treatment by providing the education and support needed to establish a clean and sober way of independent living.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages behavior through use of programmatic structure, rules, routines, contracts, and treatment plansSupervision of Recovery Specialist team including individual supervisions and group supervisions, updating and overseeing tasks of Recovery Specialist team, addressing issues with Recovery Specialist team, reporting staff issues to Program DirectorTransfers written and verbal program information to staff and electronicallyREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent education/experience working with families and substance use disordersWritten and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work with computers.All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check, as well as a reliable vehicle for work use.

Hours 4pm-12am (2nd shift)

Salary $22.00 per hour
