$75,000 annuallyGrace House is a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery located in Northampton, MA. The program can house up to fourteen families in a collective living environment, where they share space and resources in an effort to build a recovery community and encourage peaceful living. As a therapeutic setting, we strive to provide each family with a safe, nurturing environment where mothers and their children can experience success.Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise all clinical and treatment needs for up to fourteen families.Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to the treatment team to ensure effective services.Interact regularly with treatment team staff, clients, colleagues, and community members.Develop and provide the most effective treatment services to support mothers in maintaining their recovery while living independently.Share on-call responsibilities.Benefits:No productivity requirementsPaid time off, personal days, and paid holidaysMedical and dental insuranceSupportive team atmosphereInternal and external training opportunities; CEU offeringsRegularly scheduled supervision providedOpportunity for advancement within CHD's various 60+ human services programsMinimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in a related fieldLADC or CADC preferred, willingness to work towards one of these requiredAbility to pass a Criminal Offender Record Information check (CORI)5 years' experience in clinical treatment positionsSupervisory experienceKnowledge of substance use disorders and treatment for suchIndividuals in recovery encouraged to applyValid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work purposesEducation Required:
