General Summary:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the operation of our Substation and Transmission departments in our Commerce City, CO office.
Principal Accountabilities:
Review weekly payroll and follow up with PM's / APM's / Foremen to reconcile any deficienciesCompile weekly reports showing deficiencies with weekly field training requirementsCoding and processing AP transactionsFacilitate the full subcontract and purchase order documentation lifecycleAssist with the development of project safety documentationActs as backup resource for various accounting / administrative positions as needed.Performs additional assignments as directed by the Manager.Description of physical working environment:
Works in a standard office environment. Tasks in the office involve regular sitting or standing with computer use. Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Two or Four-year college / technical college degree in administration, accounting, finance, business or similar background and experience.Ability to deliver accurate reports and meet expected timelines.Highly developed analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Must be able to work independently, problem solve and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.Proficient in use of accounting and spreadsheet software applications.Ability to be flexible and to function as a part of a team.
