They want to add a CMM Operator to perform measurement, inspection, and testing of production materials and components using previously prepared inspection programs. .

Position Summary:The CMM Operator operates CMM equipment to perform measurement, inspection, and testing of production materials and components using previously prepared inspection programs. The CMM Operator documents and reports non-conforming part geometry and dimensions and performs in-process/final inspections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use engineered drawings to create programs and operate CMM equipment to measure parts per engineering specifications;Determine quality (pass/fail) of manufactured parts based on dimensional inspection;Complete and maintain detailed and accurate dimensional inspection reports and analysis of inspection data;Maintain quality standards using acceptable housekeeping practices and 5s processes on equipment and work area;Be responsible for the operation and upkeep of all the measuring equipment, including calibration;
