MD Urgent Care Group is looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner for our Tecumseh Urgent Care location. ( Located at 501 E Chicago Blvd, Tecumseh, MI 49286 "www.mainsturgentcare.com”)
MD Urgent Care Group has multiple locations in Michigan
For our Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position, we are offering an exceptional pay that includes health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, vision, dental, and life insurance, short-term and long term disability, 401K retirement with up-to 6% match, 4 weeks of PTO, CME assistance, paid training, and a 4 day work week. We also have patient volume bonus
Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant will have one assigned location for all scheduled shifts.
We will require proof of Covid 19 vaccination or medical or religious exemption.
Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Examine patients and their medical records
Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
Prescribe medications
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention
Oversee patients’ overall health
Promote good health practices
Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
