Tier 2/3 IT EngineerLocation : Fully on-site in D.CJob Summary:The IT Specialist will provide advanced support for Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. In this role you will manage and resolve complex IT issues and provide excellent customer service to end users on all levels.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site technical support in Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environmentsTrain end-users on basic computer and software usageManage and resolve complex IT issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teamsPlan and execute cloud migrations from on-premises environments to cloud infrastructuresDevelop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesEnsure compliance with security policies and best practices for cloud environmentsRequired Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in IT support (Tier 1 - 3)Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, and common software applicationsExperience with cloud migration projects (planning, execution, and troubleshooting)Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications
