Position Overview:

Responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service, administrative assistance, and coordination for assigned Broker(s). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, professional personal presentation, and customer service orientation. Responsible, dependable, and ethical with sound judgment and strong team orientation with a focus on collective success.

Administrative Support

Assist in scheduling tradeshow meetings, managing broker calendars, and conference room bookingsAssist with couriers, contractors, and mail delivery as neededAssist with answering main phone line and direct incoming calls; provide company and project-specific information as requestedProvide refreshments for guests and meetings; coordinate lunch orders/catering for office events and meetingsAssist with expense reports and travel arrangements as neededOrganize and maintain internal databases and filesMaintain personal time cardAny other administrative functions that may come up for the officeRequirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or public relationsTeam player and desire to take ownership of the positionStrong attention to detail with excellent grammar as well as organizational, project management, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelWorks well with the occasional stress of managing multiple tasks and demandsCapable of maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all timesCommercial real estate experience preferredAble to learn new tasks quickly
