Responsibilities:Assist supervisors with calendars and meetingsAssist supervisors with booking travel for business trips- Hotel, flights, Rental Car, Contact Customer or Various party to ensure we have all information including location, time of meetings, and other information.Compile travel packet with important documents related to travel.Assist supervisors with various tasks-scanning important documents, emailing proper documentation, gathering any information required.File Various Paperwork into Job foldersGenerate delivery tickets for shippingAssist with mailing checks to vendors and file copies of invoices with check stubs in foldersCollect and organize incoming mailAnswer and screen phone calls, taking messages when neededGreet and sign in/ out visitors at front deskHelp prepare for important meetings, ensuring conference room is tidy and ordering refreshments/lunch when requiredCollect, scan, record on spreadsheet, and file all NDAs and patent informationOrganize and order Holiday gifts for customersPrepare and distribute company shop notices as neededAssist with organizing and distributing employee apparelVarious other clerical duties as assigned.
