Job Description:
Pay Range: $61hr - $66hr
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage native Client Cloud CX reports and dashboards.Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with advanced knowledge of Client Cloud CX reports and dashboards.The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing Tableau.Power BI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, noSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding.Required 5 to 7 years of experience resource.Required Qualifications:
Experience: Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Client Cloud CX.Skills:
Proficient in Tableau and PowerBI design and development.Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
