At least ten years of experience performing work that is similar in scope to the work described below:

- Constructability Reviews: Independent and structured reviews of bid documents to make certain that the work requirements are clear, the documents are coordinated and assist the Contractor in bidding, construction and project administration to result in no impacts to the project.

- Assist the Federal Team to verify the M&O and its fabricator of the glove box enclosures has a specific NQA-1 Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) plan and inspection oversight program for the procurement, fabrication, and installation of the glove box enclosures.

- Acquisition Oversight: Assist the Federal Team in overseeing acquisition of the glove box enclosures. This will include, as a minimum, reviewing the M&O's requirements checklist, division of responsibilities between the M&O's QA and QC, and the M&O's welding requirements. Of particular importance, will be the monitoring of materials and systems acquired under requirements for ASME NQA-1 nuclear quality and/or Commercial Grade Dedication (NQA-1 equivalent).

- Review of drawings, specifications, and design documents, along with the experience related to NCRs, FCRs, CARs, and RFI processes.

- Review the development of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTR).

- Conduct field oversight during installation and testing of glove box components and equipment. Verify successful completion of helium leak testing of various glove boxes and enclosures. Verify completeness and quality of glove box coatings.

Requirements

Experience at a NNSA or DOE nuclear site preferred

Current DOE Q Clearance or be able to obtain/maintain a Q Clearance
