We are currently seeking two proactive and enthusiastic Code Enforcement Specialists to support our community management initiatives.

A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Schedule:

Full time 40 hours per week Monday - FridayCoverage Areas:

The two positions will be split to cover the following geographic areas:As far North as HudsonAs far West as LakelandAs far South as VeniceAs far East as the beaches (Madeira, Treasure Island, etc.)

Compensation:

Hourly position at a rate of $18-20.00 based on experienceDuties include but are not limited to:

Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person andelectronically.Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity ofcomplaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieveminimum property standards.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

Requirements:

Valid FL Drivers License with a clean driving record, candidates must pass a background check with driving record.Reliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement included.Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)Ability to use technology in an efficient and proficient manner with tools such as smart phones, tablets, computers and system software's.Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).Professional customer service skills.
