We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Core CRM Team at MongoDB. The Core CRM Team works cross functionally with Stakeholders across Marketing & Sales improving and enhancing the Sales process for our Customers. Specifically enhancing our Sales team Customer Engagement via various Sales tools, improving activity tracking, hardening our Salesforce Security model, and looking for opportunities to implement AI solutions to support Sales.Responsibilities:

Design, create and support solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable. This includes: Flow, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects, some Apex or Lightning Web Components troubleshooting etc.Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutionsCreating Technical User Stories with Acceptance CriteriaFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive out requirementsCreate process flow diagramsMaintains the backlog with support from the Product ManagerCoordinates / facilitates UAT, Showcases, scrum ceremoniesSolution DesignInvestigating production issuesAbility to work independently with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the teamImproving existing processes and sharing runbooksStakeholder Communication from all levels of the businessCreating detailed documentation for both Technical and Business audiencesRequired skills and experienceOver 5+ Years of Business Analyst / Product Owner experience within an end user or consultancy environment3+ Years of Salesforce experienceMust have at least or equivalent experience;

Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Business AnalystSalesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB's base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:

$76,000-$149,000 USD
