Title: Administrative Assistant Reports to: Principal Wages: $22.97 - 33.07 per. hour, Plus Benefits (Up to 8 hrs. per. school day) Based on Years of Experience Work Schedule During School Year: Start Date - June 9, 2025 (2024-2025 School Year) Weekly Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 7:30 - 4:00pm (includes ½ hour unpaid break); or Mondays - Fridays 7:00 - 3:30pm (if also fulfilling Morning Care role, as approved by Principal) Summer / Non-school Days Work Schedule: As approved by Principal Holidays During the School Year: Matching those observed by Parish Office, Noted on School Calendar This employment position is considered non-exempt under California law and employees are entitled to all provisions of employment found in the California Labor Code that apply to non-exempt employees, and in federal law regarding employment.
