We are actively seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. As a member of BETA's helpdesk, you'll be the frontline for IT support, helping resolve technology issues efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position will initially follow a Monday-Friday schedule during the training period. Afterward, your role will transition to weekend coverage, providing essential IT support on our busy manufacturing floor.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Provide end-user support to resolve computer hardware, software, audio video, basic networking,printing, and other technology-related issues in a timely and professional mannerBe the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering exceptional service to our usersUtilize an electronic ticketing system for opening, closing, resolving, escalating, and tracking requestsand activitiesMaintain and install conference room audio video systems and related equipmentPerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsPlan and conduct new hire training related to the use of hardware and productivity softwareCreate and maintain IT documentation in a detailed mannerParticipate in team meetings and corporate activitiesMinimum Qualifications:

Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systemsExperience in administration and provisioning of user accounts and devicesExposure to Google Admin, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business ManagerStrong technical writing skills for creating clear and detailed documentationAbove and Beyond Qualifications:

Experience with Atlassian products like Confluence and JiraKnowledge of workplace communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft TeamsFamiliarity with ERP, PLM, and ALM software like PLEX, Polarion, 3DX, and SolidworksBasic understanding of common scripting in PowershellAbility to troubleshoot or diagnose network issuesExperience with installing and supporting audio-video equipmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment:

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when necessaryOff-hours work is sometimes required to perform off-hours system maintenanceOccasional travel may be required for on-site support and system installations
