Job Title: Java Solutions ArchitectLocation: Pittsburgh, PA and Dallas, TXFull Time/ PermanentContact: Syed.Khaliq@Synechron.comOur challengeWe are looking for Java Architect with Hands on development with Banking Domain experience to join our team.The RoleResponsibilities:Provide technical leadership and development oversight to teams of Software Engineers/AnalystsEnsure application design adheres to the appropriate architectural and design patterns in the systems.Develop key software components, and use your code as a teaching tool across the team for patterns and techniques.Host sessions for design and code review for stakeholders across the business.Improve engineering standards and process to improve team capabilities and efficiency.Requirements:You are:12+ years experience in Java J2ee developmentCan lead, architect and design new apps and work with team to modernize the tech stack.Experience of designing and standing up brand new microservices based architecture, Java, open shift container platform, Kafka, experience of Pega workflows.Must have 3 years experience as a Java/J2ee ArchitectHands-on with Springboot, Microservices, Core Java and API experienceStrong familiarity of formal design and SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile/SAFeSignificant experience of designing solutions in distributed highly resilient environments.Significant experience of integrating enterprise application solutions.Must have excellent communication skill.Key Skills:
