Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Senior Web Programmer at NSWC PHD operations in Port Hueneme, CA.

Responsibilities

Web Programming:Develop modern web applications using industry standard technologies (e.g. .NET technologies, Power Platform, and Single Page Application frameworks)Support current and emergent technologies including SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, Azure, Python, ServiceNow, ASP.NET (e.g. C#, C++, MVC, WCF, Data Services, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, LINQ, AJAX), PowerShell, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, Java, SQL/TSQL/CLR, XML, HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript and Microsoft Power PlatformProvide support in the areas of requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing/quality assurance, integration, configuration management, authorization, and documentation for corporate information systems, databases, web-based applications, Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), Government off the Shelf (GOTS) systems, and future initiativesMaintain all existing and new software code in Government furnished repositories such as, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), DevOps, Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRADevelop, test, stage for deployment, integrate, customize, and sustain web applications required to manage data related to software engineering activitiesIdentify web application issues, analyzes customer usage, and provide technological solutions based on this analysisDocument all web applications with design information and training materialsUse Agile software development process when applicableProduce documentation of command tools supported to include a summary of new features delivered, those in development, issues, recommendations, future milestones, and tools modified in support of maintenance or bugs, with traceability in codeSoftware Test:

Conduct software developmental testing to demonstrate the correctness and completeness of software designsDevelop integration test plans and procedures. (CDRL AXXX)Conduct integration testing and analysis of new capabilities and components to ensure all software components work in the target system and verify that the software meets the system requirements at Government approved site and provide documentation supporting recommendationsSecurityReview, provide recommendations, and incorporate any required or applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

Required Skills/Experience

BS DegreeExperience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applicationsExperience in SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, Azure and the ability to design and engineer SharePoint based enterprise solutionsAbility to develop Asynchronous JavaScript and Extensible Markup Language (XML) (AJAX) enabled .NET web Applications using Version Control Systems,repositories including Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), DevOps, Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRAExperience with Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and the Representational State Transfer (ReST) architectureDemonstrated expertise in configuration and administration of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and the .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos and Directory Services Authentication, PKI, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), troubleshooting, configuration and developmentMinimum of five years of experience delivering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systemsDemonstrated expertise in the implementation, integration, testing of enterprise application/database/web platformsCurrent U.S. Governent Secret Security ClearanceDesire Skills/Experiences

Experience in using identity management and PKI infrastructureAbility to develop C# .NET application(s) that interface with Active Directory ServicesStrong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks and technologies to include: ASP.NET (e.g. C#, C++, MVC, WCF, Data Services, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, LINQ, AJAX), PowerShell, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, Java, SQL/TSQL/CLR, XML, HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript and Microsoft Power PlatformExperience with Microsoft PowerBI StackCertifications

IAT 2Salary Range $111,750 to $149,250 commensurate with experience.
