By embodying our values of adaptability and fluidity, we cultivate a whole new sense of hospitality that is uniquely Mina. #ZR**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** 8-10 years of service experience, preferably in a fine dining environment.* Experience in High Volume dining environments comprising Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service.* Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with a variety of business partners, guests, colleagues, direct reports.* Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.* Prior experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems.**General Expectations*** Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of restaurant Mina Group and our Partners.* Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times* Performs all aspects of position with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.* Understand philosophy of management and owner.
