Information Technology Analyst

IT ANALYSTLocation: Houston 77002Our client is seeking a motivated IT Analyst to support IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to team members. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of both Mac and Windows environments and be eager to learn and grow in a challenging role. Experience with Microsoft 365 is required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support to end-users on both Windows and MacOS platforms, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, network devices, and peripherals.Enroll and manage endpoints through MDM; manage inventory of deployed devicesCollaborate with IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and practices.Monitor workflows, system performance and identify areas for improvement.Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations.Assist in IT projects and initiatives as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems.Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, user management, user provisioning, and automation.Experience with IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security.Basic networking skills, familiarity with concepts and protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) in a hybrid environment.Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.BENEFITS:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Exposure to a variety of IT systems and technologies.If you are a motivated IT professional looking to gain experience in a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
