Descriptionoperating and cleaning the fluid filling and packaging equipmentcleaning the environment of the filling roommaintaining sanitary equipment and environment for the packaging of fluid productsoperating fluid filling equipment at a proficient level, while filling products into gallon, half-gallon and single serve containers including milk, eggnog, fruit drinks, juices, teas and wateroperating the CIP and COP systemsoperating the floor cleaner and scrubbing equipmentdisassembling and reassembling fluid fillers and associated equipment for cleaningresponsible for manual and hand cleaning of casers, labelers, conveyors, fillers, filler parts stackers, walls, drains, empty case conveyors, control panels, and any equipment involved in packagingoperating and maintaining equipment of the fluid packaging area, including labelers, conveyors, fillers, casers, stackers, etc.maintaining accurate written production recordsperforming laboratory tests and monitor weight control of product, andproducing a quality product in a manner that meets Publix and Regulatory standards.Additional InformationWork Environment: The work environment is damp, wet, and includes working with high pressure hoses, cleaning chemicals and CIP systems. Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying is necessary. Work involves equipment that is moving. The work environment is also noisy and requires hearing protection. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
