The
Junior Staff Accountant
will be responsible for financial statement preparation and account reconciliations. Additionally, they will support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Junior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports tailored to the waste management industryConducting reconciliations for accounts pertinent to waste disposal and recycling servicesSupporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, encompassing invoicing and vendor managementContributing to month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring precision and adherence to regulationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and bolster efficiency
Junior Staff Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field1+ year of general ledger accounting experienceStrong analytical prowess and attention to detail, with the capacity to decipher intricate financial dataProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStellar communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability and a thirst for knowledge within a fast-paced environment
