A week in the life of a JCTD Senior Analyst Portfolio Manager :Serve as the functional and technical expert to assess and support oversight of rapid prototyping efforts, including concept development, technical development and programmatic oversight.Provide project management support to include: project proposal reviews, analysis, and funding recommendations.Prepare, coordinate, and staff ongoing projects and technical/operational demonstrations (i.e. funding documents, memorandums, agreements, program reviews, reports, briefs, etc).Collaborate with government labs, the Services, academia, and industry as required to ensure successful project execution.Support and attend various stakeholder engagements to include: DoD and IC boards and councils (i.e. Functional Capabilities Board), communities of interest forums, technical exchange meetings, and working groups.

Job Requirements

10 years of experience in technology/capability development, project management, and Joint Warfighting Concepts.Bachelor's Degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or related discipline.Top Secret ClearanceExperience preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results to senior audiences.
