Our client is a well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization and they are looking to hire a property accountant and a development accountant asap.

Property Accountant:
-In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including-Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations-Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)
Requirements :
-BS in Accounting-CAM Reconciliation experience-MRI Software
