We are looking to hire a PCB Quality Inspector in the Hauppauge area. You must have experience with PCB boards to be considered for this role. Responsibilities
Inspection:
•Conduct thorough inspections of materials, assemblies, in-process items, and finished products according to predefined standards and specifications.
•Utilize measuring instruments to verify product dimensions
•Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
•Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
•Prepare detailed non-conformance reports to be submitted to the Quality Manager.
•Communicate inspection results to relevant departments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Quality Control:
•Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production and incoming material processes.
•Collaborate with the Quality Manager, production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
•Participate in the development and review of quality control procedures and standards.
Compliance and Safety:
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Continuous Improvement:
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
•Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest quality control techniques and standards.
