In this role, your main tasks involve cleaning and maintaining the facility. In some cases, you assist other team members with dusting surfaces and removing trash. You should have some janitorial experience or be familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job for each client.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides cleaning services for our company vehiclesVarious facility janitorial or maintenance dutiesPerforms additional housekeeping or maintenance tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls, painting, repairing, cleaning bathroomsTrash removalMoves or covers furniture for deep cleaning tasksPerforms routine maintenance and repairsMaintains a safe and clean workspace
Required Skills/Abilities:Driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical staminaAttention to detailPunctual
Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED certificateCommercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassistedMust be able to stand, walk, bend over, and pick up items and in general have constant movement for the duration of shiftMust be able to lift, push, kneel, and pick up items small and largeMust be able to use cleaning solutions and properly and safely use brooms, unload trash cans, and using other cleaning supplies and tools
