Accounting Manager

* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.* Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.* Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.* Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.* Support the Controller in budget preparation and financial forecasting.* Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.* Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews.* Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.* Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
