Industrial Color is looking for Photographer with experience in hi-volume e-Commerce content production. This role is basd onsite in our Tribeca studios. Photographers are an integral part of the team, working directly with stylists, producers and clients. You will produce compelling images and videos for both still-life and on-figure and ensure the capture of images that are creatively and technically accurate, ensuring accurate organization, backup of files, and file delivery. We are looking for an exemplary portfolio of work demonstrating capabilities in shooting catalog, lifestyle and editorial work for major retail and advertising brands. You are self-motivated, exercise good judgement and share enthusiasm for what we do everyday.

Responsibilities

Create eCommerce imagery for our clients and actively participate in portfolio development for the studioMaintain efficient on-set workflow and working within a team to meet volume requirements, image output and fostering productive and positive client relationshipsEnsure the studio is clean, well organized, safe and always ready for clientsManage supplies, maintain stock and equipment in an organized fashionUtilize professional hardware and software for tethered capture, evaluation, color management and editing on set.Support studio needs to ensure that cameras, computers, and other technical needs of the studio are maintained and prepared for photo shoots.Adherence to client style guide and 100% compliance to client service level agreements is imperativeFile management on set including online galleries for client review and processing files for client delivery.Effective file organization and secure archiving per client needs.Keep up with industry trends and developments and explore new techniques and tools to build your craft.Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in a studio environmentMust have a critical eye for image quality and color perceptionAbility to set up and design set lighting, camera systems and workstationsIn-depth knowledge of Mac OS X, Capture OneStrong working knowledge of C1Pro, Photoshop, DSLR, Mac and Profoto systemsIn-depth knowledge of archiving systems including ChronoSyncProficient with Google Suite of AppsFunctional knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteTakes initiative to find solutions and improve systems of file management and record keepingStrong verbal communicationOther QualificationsExperience with high volume/eCommerce photographyExperience with Lightroom, Phocus, or Image ShuttleExperience with Medium Format systemsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Broncolor, Ari, and other lighting brandsExperience with continuous lighting (HMI, tungsten, LED, etc)Experience with GlobalEdit software

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
