Immediate opening for an Part Time Administrative Assistant with a well-established manufacturing company in Philadelphia! Part Time Monday thru Friday 7am to 1pm.

Interview and start immediately!Responsibilities* Act as first point of contact for the plant by answering the phone and welcoming in person visitors.* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.* Provide badges to new hires, visitors, and temporary staff* Receive incoming packages and mail from shipping department and postal service and distribute as necessary* Produce, maintain, and distribute reports as directed by plant leadership* Responsible for maintenance of NHBA and Workplace systems* Maintain front office, HR, and kitchen supplies.* Schedule meetings as required. Provide meeting support by reserving and setting up conference rooms and ordering meals as required.* Assist with coordinating visitor and corporate plant tours as directed.* In conjunction with HR Generalist, schedule interviews with job applicants and temporary agency candidates.* Send email correspondence to staff on behalf of Plant Director or Human Resources as directed

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required* 2+ years of Administrative experience* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proactive mindset with an ability to initiate and complete tasks independently with limited supervision* Comfortable navigating the internet and office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)* Highly organized and detail oriented
