Spa Attendant

Job Summary

This role plays an important part of ensuring all spa guests have an exceptional experience through assisting with sanitizing, cleaning and organizing of spa rooms and facilities.

ResponsibilitiesRemove all dirty linen, glassware, trash from treatment rooms, resting area and locker roomsAssist in emptying carts of soiled linen and trash and dispose of in the proper locationsDelivery clean linen and necessary supplies to the locker rooms and towel storage locations throughout the facilitySet up lounge chairs and remove as scheduledMaintain required inventory of linen and inform Spa Manager of any shortagesClean toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, etc. when neededWax and/or polish surfaces if neededUse only cleaning products mixed and issued by the SpaComplete all required paperwork as directed by the Spa ManagerReport any problems or unusual situations to the Spa Desk/Spa ManagerAssist in Laundry Department if neededAttend all scheduled meetings as deemed necessary by managementPerform any additional assignments as directed by the Spa ManagerReport to work in a clean uniform with nametag at scheduled timeTour the facility with guests and be available for any assistance a guest may needQualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

Position requires the ability to learn job duties during a short period of training and follow directions efficiently. Previous cleaning and organizing experience helpful. Must be in good health and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40lbs for extended periods. A neat appearance, pleasant personality, and ability to understand and speak English necessary.
