Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

DSD seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager ("FP&A) to join our rapidly expanding team. DSD originates, develops, finances, builds, owns, and operates 500kW-10MW solar assets, often enhanced by energy storage. This role will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, monthly reporting, and the administration of planning and reporting capabilities in Adaptive Planning. This position will report to the Director of FP&A.
Responsibilities
Maintenance of reporting, corporate KPI's and financial dashboardsAssist in annual budget preparation and maintenance of working forecastCreate and maintain reporting by legal entity, project, and cost center. Distribute to content owners for review monthly.Prepare monthly reporting to be distributed to executive management and leadership teamWork with front line managers to review team financial results monthlyPartner with accounting to ensure cost center and project reporting is accurateAssist in preparation of monthly business review materials with CFO and CEOMaintain and update corporate planning modelsAssist with preparing presentations to senior management and investorsPrepare ad-hoc reporting projects as requiredRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited universityProfessional experience with a solar or energy storage developer, with record of sustained advancementExperience with financial planning and reporting systems required.MBA a plus.Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detailWell organized, very flexible, and strong follow throughDesire to implement process improvement opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow with developmentStrong written and verbal communication skills; must possess high-level of professionalismPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely mannerProactive, resourceful, efficient with strong decision-making skills; works independently with minimal supervisionExperience in the renewables energy sector preferredExperience with Workday Adaptive Planning system desirable.Strong Excel skills and ability to understand and interpret large amounts of data.
