What You'll Do:
Prepare customer invoices, apply cash receipts, follow up on collections, reconcile customer accounts and maintain AR aging scheduleProcess vendor invoices, perform 3-way match before payment is made, reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesSet-up payments and perform monthly cash and bank reconciliations, including T&E corporate credit cards reconciliationPrepare payroll journal entries based on the reports from HR/Payroll teamPerform monthly accrualsProvide Cost Accounting Support as neededPrepare month-end close deliverables, including but not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analysesExecute internal controls relating to Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processesRespond to audit requests and interface with the Company's internal and external auditorsParticipate in ERP implementation projectProactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements to achieve efficiencies and scalabilityContinuously improves compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)Other duties and special projects, as assignedWhat You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; preferredKnowledge and/or experience of Procure to pay and Order to Cash process2+ years of demonstrable and relevant Accounting or Finance experience - GL Acct4+ years of demonstrable and relevant Accounting or Finance experience - Sr GL AcctClose process experience; requiredSYSPRO experience; preferredQuickBooks; requiredOracle; requiredStrong knowledge and understanding of GAAP; requiredDemonstrable knowledge of SOX; requiredAdvanced and demonstrable Excel experience; requiredAbility to push, pull or lift 10 poundsOther task as assignedWhat You'll Get:
