Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design repairs for various components, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize repair processes and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including BOMs, assembly procedures, and testing protocols.
  • Identify and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair services when necessary.
  • Implement corrective actions to enhance production efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Participate in material review board activities to address non-conforming materials.
  • Provide ongoing engineering support to sustain production and improve repair programs.
  • Contribute to safety and environmental initiatives within the company.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 3 to 7 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office (Excel, Project, Word).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and repair procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, leading engineering projects when needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to improving processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints, process specifications, and technical manuals.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a goal-oriented mindset.
