Accentuate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company in Wilson, NC who is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive sales growth. If you are passionate about sales and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plumbing supply or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, especially marketing and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
