near Lombard, IL. Our client is in the healthcare industry, and they are in need of a great self starter and organized
Junior Accountant
to join their team immediately. Our client has had some internal movement in the finance department and are needing some extra assistance getting caught up! This
Junior Accountant
will be hired on a contract to hire basis and will be working along side with the Accounting Manager and two accounting professionals. The client is looking for someone that can interview and start as soon as possible.
Junior Accountant Role and Responsibilities:
Process freight billingFollow up with customers on past due invoices on a daily basisSend out account statements to clientsRun aging reportsAssist with account reconciliations for month-end closerPreparation of account information for month journal entriesAd hoc accounting projects and filing.Junior Accountant Qualifications:
SAGE or QuickBooks is a plus, must be tech savvyMust be able to read data, manipulate formulas and spreadsheets in ExcelBachelors degree in Accounting is preferredInternship experience is a must or 2+ years of related experienceIf you or anyone you know is qualified and interested, please apply immediately.
