Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Multifamily Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing high-end multifamily and condominium construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of luxury construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise construction, specifically in the luxury market, and experience in managing complex, multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Multifamily Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
2. Supervising the construction process, from design to material selection, to ensure the final product meets the specified luxury high-end finishes.
3. Leading and managing a team of construction professionals and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with the company's standards and regulations.
4. Coordinating and scheduling all construction processes so that projects meet design specifications.
5. Ensuring the project stays within the budget and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
6. Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
7. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
8. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on-site.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Multifamily Superintendent position must possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in luxury high-rise and multi-family projects.
2. Proven experience in overseeing the construction of high-end finishes and luxury condominium construction.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Proficiency in construction management software.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. A valid construction safety certification is a plus.
