Responsibilities include:

• Following routings and work instructions.
• Understanding torsion spring design.
• Referencing setup records and samples for repeat orders.
• Requesting delivery of specified wire stock.
• Selecting appropriate slides and tooling for the job.
• Making tooling.
• Grinding tooling.
• Setting up the tooling machine.
• Operating the machine.
• Interpreting blueprints.
• Training others as needed.
