About the Company:
Our Client, a leading manufacturer of consumer product, is in search of a Manufacturing Controller. The incumbent will work a onsite at their Reading, PA plant.About the Role:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsProficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsStrong leadership abilities and experience managing a teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices preferred
