Assistant Accounting Manager

Their primary role is to support the financial operations of the organization and ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.Job function:Manage financial recordkeeping, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights and analysis.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.Support internal and external audits with documentation and reports.Mentor and guide junior accounting team members.

Qualification/skills:Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
