DIRECT HIRE

SHIFT: 1st Shift

• Mon 6:00 am – 3:30 pm 9 hour
• Tues 6:00 am – 3:30 pm 9 hour
• Wed 6:00 am – 2:30 pm 8 hour
• Thur 6:00 am – 2:30 pm 8 hour
• Fri 6:00 am – 12:00 pm 6 hours

PAY: $21-$27

• Will Almost All Come on M-F.
• If There's a Need for OT, Friday Half Day Turns Into Full Day Typically.

Technical Requirements: 5 Big Things

• Aluminum Welding Experience
• MIG Welding Experience
• TIG Welding Experience
• Prefers to Work in a Team Setting
• Experience doing own quality checks
• Formal Education in welding would be big plus.
• These candidates will need to have their own Weld Helmet and bring that to interview but otherwise most everything else if provided. It is recommended they bring their own tools as most welders will have this.
• Pay will be determined primarily on how well they perform on the weld test during the interview.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience or equivalent training
• MIG and TIG Certification AWS D1.2 (or able to achieve within 60 days of employment)
• Successful completion of CIT weld test
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
• Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, PPE, etc.)
• Deftness and attention to detail
