Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities with patients- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes- Collaborate with the physical therapist to modify treatment plans as needed
Experience:- Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Skills:- Strong patient care skills and ability to establish rapport with patients- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals- Understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in treatment planning- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
