The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in various areas such as acute care, geriatrics, and orthopedics.Duties:\- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions\- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs\- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function\- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care\- Maintain accurate patient records and documentationQualifications:\- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program\- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist\- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology\- Experience in acute care, geriatrics, orthopedics, and hospital medicine\- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
