Community healthcare facility looking to bring on a Nurse Director Quality!Responsible for the management, professional development, budgetary control and leadership in directing departmental operations for outcomes management and survey preparedness; in addition, responsible for ensuring compliance in all federal and state regulations.Oversees 5 direct reports, reports to CEO.Bachelor degree required, Master's degree in related field. preferredClinical background with working knowledge of Quality management2+ years management experience, with a working knowledge of management, benchmarking, outcome measurement, team development and quality tools (preferably healthcare)Knowledge of statistics, data collection and survey design.Database management and/or development.Highly developed organizational, interpersonal and management skills
