CNC Setup Machinist (Milling OR Lathe)

CNC Milling Setup/Operator Job Description
Position: CNC Mill Setup / Operator AND CNC Lathe Setup / Operator (2 separate positions)
Industry: Aerospace
Overview: A rapidly expanding, ISO9001/AS9100 certified company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup/Operator, AND an experience Lathe Setup/operator for 2 separate openings to produce precision aerospace components.
Responsibilities:

• Independently set up CNC milling OR turning jobs without supervision.
• Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously.
• Read and interpret blueprints to create finished products with high accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a positive attitude and reliability in all work-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of various material types, machining techniques, and tooling.
• Proven experience in CNC milling setup and operation.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
