IT Technician-Hardware

Our custom stone countertops are the top choice for new residential and commercial construction in Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina.Due to growth, we are looking for an IT Technician that will be based in our North Houston office (just off the Hardy Toll Road and Beltway 8 North) and be responsible for:-Supporting all company locations throughout the US with managing, configuring, and troubleshooting company hardware such as company cell phones, PC's, monitors, docking stations, etc.-Monitor and support security systems (including cameras) and door access-Travel to other company locations as needed to provide support-Provide other typical hardware support for usersQualifications:-Must have proven experience working in a company environment supporting end users in a multi-state environment-Previous experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware required-Ability to travel to company locations within Texas, North Carolina, and Florida as needed-Ability to be on call as needed-Associates degree or higher strongly preferred-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
